Using a combination of Xero and Figured to produce farm forecasts that use real time data and include livestock numbers,  so farmers can plan their cashflow throughout the year.  We work with our farming clients on a daily, weekly, monthly basis as required. 

Reports that satisfy the requirements of your bank and other lenders

You can keep working with your current accountant if preferred for your annual accounts and tax returns. 

We offer the first 3 months free. This gives us a chance to set up your software and get the reporting stream working, gathering feedback from you, your bank and other lenders to refine the reporting requirements.

Onsite farm visits available for North Canterbury farmers. We can visit other South Island areas with an advance booking (anything for a road trip). We work outside normal hours to cater for your farm schedule.  For those with limited internet we can also offer a bookkeeping service at our site to keep your records up to date for your accountant. Free up your time for farm management and let us look after the back office.
