Xero is our preferred software and we are certified silver Xero partners. We have very few clients now who are not on Xero as we find this is the most reliable way to retrieve and analyse our client data. Having live, cloud based data also allows us to quickly respond to requests for management reports, GST return help, and cashbook management. We help our clients convert their systems to Xero and offer training (though it is ridiculously easy to use).

For those using Xero, and ideally suited to salaried situations or variable hours over 5 days per week. Staff portal to log in and enter timesheets and request holidays. Payroll can be paid by batch payment or we send you the finished report to load manually.
For clients who want to manage their own payroll payments. This cloud based payroll is particularly suited to industries where staff have variable hours, such as hospitality and trades. It also integrates with various timesheet programs. Employee payments are sent to you as one file to upload to your bank. PAYE payments are managed by you.
Payday filing compliant.
This is our preferred software for clients wanting a cloud based payroll solution where they don't need to bother about making payroll payments. iPayroll has the ability for your team to be able to login and request leave as well as retrieve payslips. Our clients using iPayroll finds this streamlines their ability to approve and record leave. The gross payroll amount is taken from your account each payroll, deductions are made to the IRD on your behalf and all IRD filing taken care of.
For a desktop solution we prefer Ace Payroll and have extensive experience running large payroll through ACE
Addon's for your business
Xero comes with one user for it's expenses app, but more users can be added. This allows you to take a photo of a receipt (say your cafe or fuel receipt), upload to Xero, and throw away the eftpos chit (which will have faded to unreadable in 6 months anyway).
Ideal for managing employee expense reimbursements, but a must for the main spender in the business.
Hubdoc is now included in the Xero subscription for any Xero package that has invoicing. We provide support for clients using Hubdoc, including mapping of invoices.
Some suppliers can be linked to your Hubdoc and your bills get sent through automatically. Meaning less handling throughout the payable process.
The most suitable creditor invoice processing software for clients who have inventory systems and want to seamlessly integrate their purchase invoices into their stock programs. Invoices get sent straight to the program (from suppliers if necessary) and it strips the data out. A few clicks of a button and your inventory is ready to upload into your POS system and your payables are in Xero. No manual entering required.
A paperless payables system, this ensures that you have all the correct paperwork to meet IRD requirements, and helps us verify the accuracy of coding of your transactions. Self managed or sign up through us. Their favourite feature being the phone app where they can just take a photo of a receipt, upload and forget. Similar to Xero Expenses, this app is the perfect solution if you have a lot of creditor invoices to process each month.
